Floppy emulator for server 2k3 install

Anyone know if a floppy to usb drive emulator exists that would allow me to install these dell raid drivers for the installation? I have a mail server that crashed yesterday, and want to attempt to repair the install before I resort to other options.

Just embed the drivers on the install disk and life is good.

I was going to do that route.. I guess I'll just bite the bullet and throw it together. I sadly work at a network services company, and all of our cd-rw/dvd-rw drives have been shelled out of our own machines to repair client machines. I can't wait any longer, I guess it's a bestbuy run for a new drive today.
