Even if it is true (I didn't read the article) , you know how slow floppy drives are...

could you immagine trying to transfer 32 megs at that speed? Painful.

EDIT: I just read the thing and saw 600K/s transfer rate... I thought this would allow 32mb disks to be used in regular floppy drives.. my bad, sorry. But 175 bucks? No thanks, I'll tick to CDRW if I need anything on a disk, that's universial to EVERYONE, not just people with those super drives

I think the catch is that it costs $180, and most of the disk formats it creates can only be read by other SuperDisk drives. I don't see any reason to buy this over a good ol' CD burner.
