Anyone use Flonase? Any side effects? Does it work well?

I have had an inflamed nose for some time (many weeks). I work in a cold cold AC area.... not sure if that is what is causing it.... My nose does not itch, so I'm not sure its regular allergies.
 
It works great for me, but it dries out the sinuses. I switched to generic walmart clartin, since it's super cheap and works just as good.
