Seriously, isn't this song about Strippers? Why do parents let their kids and then dance to this? Not only that, but seeing 50 year old women dancing to this song makes me wanna vomit.

Today Show, stick with non-rap acts please.

OK, I don't know him or his music, but I saw him give an interview and thought "this guy is a well-mannered, gracious, humble dude. I wish more celebs were like him!" He was thanking his fan, God, his parents for allowing him to be where he is, acknowledged being proud of his sister for being a teacher.. It was actually kinda sweet, the whole exchange.

agreed. he seems to be fine to me...dunno what the future holds.. but dude seems legit...

its refreshing to not have a Thug get up and start mumbling on an interview or seen in the news for a murder attempt or illegal weapons charge or battery. more powa to him!

youth could use some more postive peeps

Who?

Didn't we go over this yesterday?

If you don't know who someone famous is, just google their name.

Saying "who" doesn't make you look cool, or smart, or whatever you were going for there.

He seems to be a half way decent human being compared to most rappers.

Yeah, he's even really nice in that youtube clip too.

Not an arrogant fella, and on MTV he admitted his bling was fake - "it's just for looks" .. I found that refreshing, actually

My 6 year old loves that "right round" song, which just from walking by sounds like it is about a girl going down on him.
God bless that innocent age where the song is just about being on a merry-go-round.

what do you think elvis, the beatles and the rolling stones were singing about? kids younger than 10 don't know what the lyrics mean and young teen girls don't scream because they like the music, they wanna bang the crap out of the singer.

I've given up on my crusade against this. It will never end

Seems like a cool guy.

Yeah, I didn't see anything wrong with this performance. Reminds me how much I hate when people whip out a ton of cameras though.

Seems cool.

I'll sh!t my pants tho if there ever is a rapper alive who can actually sound good w/o reverb.

There are plenty of good rappers out there, but you won't see them on MTV. Much like the rock that's on popular tv/radio -it's all shit.

Lil Wayne, 50 cent, etc. are quite talented, but they had to create bastard pop versions of themselves to sell records
