My friend is trying to flirt with this older woman (40's-50's) He's 30. Neither of them are married. I'm not sure if he wants a relationship with her or what, but any ideas of what he can do?

UPDATE Ok, he told me more info about the situation. He sees her during lunch time and in the lounge area afterwards, but she is always with her friends. He's having a hard time talking with her alone because of her friends. He noticed her looking at him, and he has flirted back. However, lately, she hasn't responded to his looks back. Any ideas of how he can approach/contact her? I know you guys can get pretty creative =)

He shouldn't have much of a problem getting laid. Other than that, why would he want a relationship with a woman 20 years his senior?

Edit: Oh! You want to know what he can do to hit on her. That's another story. Tell him to just walk up to her and grab her crotch. Women in their 40's and 50's love it.

A woman that age is not desperate or begginf for some "hot young stud" to favor her. If anything, she knows what she wants and enjoys and will be LESS likely to put up with crap like in this thread.

LOL! :)

What is GeekBabe, 45? I have to say, if I was still single, I wouldn't kick her out of bed... ;)

*ducks*

That being said, 20 years is a long time, life experience and positions in life are so far off, it takes a lot to make that work for a relationship.

I can't speak for all women in my age group but I will say this I prefer dating men in my age group or older. As far as some of the other comments in this thread go,frankly,I'm speechless.

You're a sweetie, we all love you... :D

BTW, re the relationship thing, that is why I included that extra comment, that much age difference does take a lot to overcome.

I think you're really cool, you're smart, wise, friendly, and all that jazz... ;)

Just don't get any bright ideas, I'm afraid my heart is already taken... we'll just have to be friends, ok with you? ;) :p :D :)
