flickering red pixels on new LCD.

I just got the Viewsonic FP2000s (20 inch LCD) from Costco. I think that I like it a lot. However, when I run the native 1600x1200 resolution with my AIW 9700 pro (not overclocked) I get red pixels when there is motion on the screen. It happens with DVDs, streaming RealPlayer, Streaming windows media player videos. Basically, it is red pixels dancing around. It does not happen at lower resolutions like 1280x1024. I turned off the "alternate DVI operational mode" in the options tab of the Catalyst 4.12 based Omega drivers that I am using. I also, checked the "reduce DVI frequency on high resolution displays" box. That fixed a horrible problem where the whole screen looked like crap. But I do have this red pixel issue pretty bad. Any ideas ?
