Flickering Monitor

Ever since I replaced my power supply a week ago, my monitor kind of flickers sometimes. I replaced a PC Power and Cooling 300W ATX power supply with an Enermax 450W power supply because the fan on the 300W one started to have some problems. Anybody have any idea why changing the power supply would cause random flickers on the monitor?
 
Hmm, I would tend to say that you have some sort of problem with your refresh rates, but since you have pretty much narrowed it down to a PS issue.....MAYBE, your PS is taking too much power from you outlet, and thus your monitor is not getting enough power, hence the flickering. I really cant think of anything besides that, sorry.
