Flickering monitor

My secondary monitor flickers for just a second when I click on the nVidia settings icon in my taskbar, when I click the Advanced button in Display Settings, and when I click the GeForce 7600GT button under Advanced settings. I've got the newest drivers for my eVGA 7600GT OC. Both monitors are 17", running the same resolution (10x7), and same refresh rates. Those are the only times it flickers so far. It hasn't flickered any other time, so I'm thinking it's got something to do with the nVidia interface. It's not really a big deal, but I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to fix it.

I don't think there's anything you can do about it, my x1900xt does the same thing every time I open ccc.
