Flicker High beem for warning?

I'll also do it for things like traffic accidents on the freeway - most likely nobody ever sees it from the other side of the median strip, but better to try than to let them go full speed towards the back of stopped traffic.

Cops? Only if they were in a particularly insidious spot or hiding in a really odd car.

Deer? ALWAYS.

I wonder if entrapment still works as a defense in court to fight a ticket.

no, it doesn't - because judges know that the word "entrapment" means coercing someone to commit a crime that they would not have otherwise. Now, if a cop in an unmarked car tailgated you, pushing you to faster and faster speeds, and then pulled you over, that could possibly be entrapment. Maybe.

If I'm going "slow" because there's a cop infront of me, and someone is comming up on me fast, I'll tap my brakes a few times to warn them..

The only time I flash my lights is if an oncomming car doesen't have their lights on.
