Paypal will release funds if the tracking shows as received. This has always worked for me within 12 hours of receipt.

I always add tracking info and so far have not had a problem but they are becoming more and more of a pain in the ass so I just don't sell there much anymore. Too often the seller causes problems and it's too much hassle to make them happy so I just give or throw my old shit away.

They add holding onto certain types of products either way. I had this issue with 2 cell phones shipped with UPS through Paypal.

i entered the tracking in the paypal transaction yesterday and still nothing. going to give them a call. the douche rocket that bought my item still hasn't responded.

if you go by tracking, it takes a few days. i've always just emailed the people and asked them nicely to release my funds...they've always beat paypal's system to it.

like i said. fuck ebay.
