Flat Screen CRT: What brands to consider?

I'm may be picking up a new TV in the very near future (See this thread). The TV is for my bedroom and I'm interested in a 20" or 24" flat screen. What brands and models should I consider? I've been out of the TV loop for some time...

I love my toshiba, bought it when the flat tvs first came out.
haven't had any problems, the picture is great.

If you want great picture and really good sound, get the sony wega.
but if you have your own home theater, save some bling and get a toshiba

Whatever looks good to you. Seriously.

Head on over to Best Buy or Good Guys and take a look at whats available. If you want a brand recomendation, I really like Sony and Toshiba. Panasonic and Samsung to a lesser extent. Toshiba is the best bang for the buck IMO, but Sony still has a better picture(as far as NON-HDTVs are concerned). Its all relative really.

Whats the price range?

I love my Sony G520 and FW900

Oh, wait, you said TV. 😱

<---idiot

For the last 10+ years all my CRT TVs have been Sony XBRs or Wegas.
