NOw why didnt I use this before??? just crammed about 1.4 lbs into the bag and still pay only 3.85 with delievery confirmation. NICE!@#

I sent a physics textbook in one before. Sure the thing was going to explode, but nothing a little bit of free USPS tape could fix. Net weight: 5.6 lbs, cost $3.85

USPS allows up to 2lbs at 3.85 priority mail.

The 1-pound rate is charged for matter sent in a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope provided by the USPS, regardless of the actual weight of the piece

btw, they didnt say you can't use boxing tape to seal it, as long as it can be crammed in. IT is OK...
