What kind do you use? Does it help? Do you think it'll help with comfort while running?

I use custom insoles and they rock! Costs $350 each but worth it. You might notice some discomfort or pain at first but that is usually an adjustment period of 2-4 weeks. Some adjust to them instantly so good luck.
