FlasK file-splitting problem...(it's not splitting at specified times)...

As the topic suggests, i can't get flask to split the files properly...

i have movies that are in excess of 700mb, and i want to fit them on two cd's...i set flask to split the files at say 3600 (i've also tried 5400) seconds, but when it's complete, it splits the files after say 2.5 minutes, etc....

what's the problem?

anyonek now of another way to split avi files so they still remain two or more separate playable avi files? (mpeg4)

anyone help would be great...thnx.
