I have this issue and cant seem to fix it under Windows 7 using a 64bit OS

Flash Player 10.1 is not currently available for your 64-bit web browser.
64-bit Windows and Mac computers include 32-bit browsers that are compatible with Flash Player. For instructions on how to open a compatible browser and run Flash Player, see Flash Player on 64-bit operating systems

Ive tried the workaround and I still cant get it to work...What do I have to do?

Thanks

I assume you're using IE 64-bit?

Basically there's no way to stick Flash on a 64-bit browser, and with the way things are going I doubt it will happen. You're not likely to see any performance differences on a 64-bit browser anyway, so you will have to make do with alternatives, which are:

Use a 32-bit browser and install Flash on that.
Use a browser that has HTML5 support like Chrome or Firefox 4 (when it comes out, the latest beta has support for it anyway).

I tried this under Windows 7 and it didnt work...this is why I posted this question

just curious, do you mean that the 32-bit browser did not work or the flash install?

I have on my home machine with 7 ultimate 64bit with firefox, chorme, and ie8 all work with flash

I could not get the Flashplayer to work under Windows 7 using the 32 bit and 64 bit browser

Should I give Firefox or Chrome a try??

Did you go to labs.adobe.com , and download "Flashplayer Square" ? That's their 64-bit beta version, for both IE 64-bit and Firefox Minefield 64-bit. Works fine.
