Forgove me for being a noob but I have have just downloaded the F4f Bios update from the Where are all the gigabyte GA-N680SLI-DQ6 Motherboards? thread but i am unsure how to flash bios with it Could someone please explain in laymans terms how to update my bios ? i have the @bios program can i use that or do i need to do it another way ?

oh i forgot to mention i dont have a floppy drive and im running vista premium 32bit if that means anything
