Flashing power light on bootup?

I have a flashing power light on case when computer is booting up. Also flashes when bios setup. I get no beeps at all. Once windows starts loading up it stops flashing. Is the something to worry about?

Is this a new build? It sounds like the wires are crossed up a bit on the board. If not a new build then yes, you may have a problem. Did this just start recently after running fine for some time?
