Flashing new BIOS

I recently purchased an ABIT GeForce2 T400 video card from Newegg.com. I noticed that a new BIOS was put out on ABIT's website just a few weeks ago, and I tried to flash it. I cant seem to get it to work. This is the first time Ive ever tried to flash a BIOS. Does anyone have any suggestions. The directions say to copy a few files from the installation cd (NVFLASH and something else) to a certain folder, copy the new BIOS to that folder, and go to MSDOS and type NVFLASH -F[filename]. This works in that it starts running, but it never finishes. I let it run all night, and it was just sitting there with the cursor flashing, basically locked up. is the filename the BIOS.exe file, or the BIOS.ROM file? I tried both and neither worked. The directions say the filename should be the binary file? Any suggestions?

Thanks.
