I have an eVGA GeForce FX 5500, it's AGP with 256MB of RAM. Now, I was messing around with some other bios' that i saw on MVKTech and an application called Nibitor. I'm sure a few of you are familiar with it. What I did was take my FX 5500's BIOS and changed the RAM timings to that of a 5600 (non-ultra). What I wanted to know was, since the 5600 Ultra is only a 128MB card, will it's timings still work on my 256MB card? And if they do will it cause any notable change? I tried putting a 5700LE's timings on my card, but I got some artifacts, so I was hoping maybe the 5600 Ultra timings will work out. Let me know, you guys are the experts here!
