flashing motherboard BIOS

I am trying to flash my IP35 bios for better compatibility with the 45nm processors, but i dont have a floppy. Does anyone know how to create a bootable cd to accomplish this?

Thanks a lot for your help. It took a few minor adjustments, but I generally followed the advice given on that link you gave me.

If anyone is in a similar situation here is how I did it:

Download the HP tool linked to on the ABIT forum.
Download a floppy drive emulator
Format it as an MSDOS bootdisk
Use the HP tool to format your USB stick and point to the now formatted floppy as the boot file image
After the USB stick is done formatting, copy the flash files onto the stick
Restart the comp, go into bios, make sure the HDD is boot priority #1
Go into HDD boot priorites, and switch the USB stick to #1

Also, since I know many people have had issues with temperature readings on the IP35 Pro, it is worth mentioning that after flashing the BIOS i now get correct temperature readings.
