Hey guys...I've got a question about flashing the motherboard to a newer version (with new RAID version included)
I have an Abit KR7a-RAID board and I just flashed my mobo to the newest BIOS version, which also included an update to the RAID version (2.31 to 2.32)
Now it says that it's recommended that I back up all my stuff since updating the RAID version may corrupt the RAID configuration, so I did, but when I finally flashed the BIOS it still booted up fine, original RAID config and all. So the thing I'm wondering is, is it recommended to re-do the RAID configuration anyway? Or is the current setup I have now just fine? Re-doing the config and re-installing and re-setting up everything would be such a pain in the ass...I don't want to if I don't have to
