Flashing Dell BIOS

OK i read somewhere that if u have a dell (which has no ability to edit FSB and other overclocking functions in the BIOS) and you can discover the real board type (since it has dell all over it) u can flash the bios and unlock the functions? Is this tru?

Even if you could do it, why would you want to? Minimal cooling, very marginal power supply, generally mid to low-end components that aren't likely to have much headroom above what they are already doing... Any overclocking at all and you're just asking for system stability problems.
