Flashing Bios

I am trying to flash my bios. I have an ASUS board so I was trying to do it through EzFlash. My board is a P5N32-E SLI Plus (650i board). Trying to go to the 0501 bios. I have downloaded the bios into my documents. Put it on a DVD and a flashcard. DVD it does not even see it in the EzFlash menu. The flashcard it finds, starts a check on it, states it is not part of a boot sector and will not upload it. I have been trying to find a guide or something on how to do this but its pretty sparse on how to flash a bios. Checked ASUS forums, followed their instructions of changing the name to .ROM file. EzFlash does not locate the ROM file either. I have no floppy available. So its either CD/DVD or flash card. If someone would have some step by step instructions from having the 0501.BIN file on their computer and where to go from there that would be great. Thanks,

Ok, figured this one out myself. Apparently I had a second file on my flash drive. Once I totally deleted the flash drive and recopied the .BIN file of the 0501 bios it recognized it right away and uploaded it with EzFlash with no problems.
