Flashing bios with ME

Hi Folks! This has probably allready been discussed here, if so just point me in the right direction. Anyone know the procedure to flash the bios using windows ME? I tried but it wont let me make a bootable floppy.
 
Most motherboard manufacturers these days have flash utilities that allow you to flash from windows. Otherwise make one with w98, I always keep a copy of a w98 boot floppy somewhere since 2000/ME/XP are moving away from allowing you to create a DOS boot floppy.
