flashing bios to unlock 9500 pro

I flashed my bios over a year ago to unlock my 9500 pro. So now when I get a new video card this summer will my flashed bios have a negative effect on the new card?
 
because there something written into my bios that unlocks my card - that will still be there when I take it out.

no nothing is written to your motherboard bios,Video cards have a bios chip too & that's what you flashed not the motherboard bios.
