Flashing Bios in WinXP

Do I need all six disks? I just want to boot into A: and flash the BIOS.

Put a blank floppy in your floppy drive.
Open "My Computer".
Right click the floppy drive and select "Format".
Select "Create an MS-DOS startup disk".
Click "Start".

That creates a bootable floppy for you that let's you boot to A.

This is assuming you have an ECS motherboard. This probably won't work with other motherboards.

actually, it does work for all motherboards that use an award bios (used it so far on dfi, biostar, and asus boards)
