flashing an AGP card with a PCI-E bios?

leadtek 6600GT AGP is stock 500/500 (people say the memory is rated at 900, but OCing can easily take care of that problem)

leadtek 6600GT extreme PCI-E is 540/560.

???

are agp cards flashable with PCI-E bioses? just wondering...
