Flashing an Abit BH6 rev 1.0 w/ new flash utility? Is the procedure the same?

I just checked Abit's webpage for instructions on using the new Award Flash utility and they seem to leave alot of details out in the flash utility instuctions? Abit mentions nothing about disabling the CPU internal cache, CPU external cache, Video BIOS cacheable, Video BIOS shadow, or clearing the CMOS. Does the new utility take care of these issues with the parameter settings?
