Flashing a P4C800-E

I downloaded the latest BIOS from asus.com for my mobo. It's dated 2004/02/11 BIOS1015 . Asus says "Do not use old version Afudos.exe to flash BIOS.Must use new Afudos.exe which is included in zip file to flash BIOS" I havent flashed a BIOS in a while, how do I go about doing it? Any help appreciated.

the latest bios is 1016 & the flashing instructions using afudos are in your manual
