Flashing 9700np -9700 pro question

Basically, i recieved one of those saphhire 9700np cards with the 7 bladed ati fan and 2.86 ram i think it was from newegg in march. These are the ones that are locked pros. How hi could i get this thing without extra cooling and also will running at the 9700pro speeds be safe. Will my voltages increase or will i need to increase voltages and which bios should i use
 
You might be better off flashing the 9700NP BIOS to a Pro BIOS. I have the same card (with 2.8ns Samsung memory), and the flash upgrade was successful. I'm currently running it at 340/320. Go to the Rage3d forums, as there was an excellent thread that covered the performances of seven different BIOS's. Good luck!
