flashing 9550 bios

i was able to flash the bios so i could use the higher clock speeds but the ati drivers wont recognize the card after i flash the bios to the new speeds but works fine as soon as i put the original bios back on. any ideas on how to solve this?
 
Are you familiar with techPowerUp? The makers of ATI Tool? They offer some modded drivers (latest Catylist). Maybe that will solve it.
 
Ah yes thats where i got the idea to do this. The only way to acheive the results i want is to use the softmoded drivers
