Flashing 9500 bios

Aight here is the story. I switched to p4 from amd. I need to flash the bios of my 9500 so my vid card will work. When I put it in and turn the computer on it just has a black screen. So can someone give me instructions on how to flash my bios and which one to get? Thanks I really appreciate it
