FlashGet connecting to several different IPs

i just downloaded it from the official website, and I see other people on google with this happening as well.

219.232.241.91:53 (????)
61.164.125.177:80
60.28.197.47 (ws related to flashget)

i'm busy right now and cant be bothered to look at the packets in wireshark

but if anyone knows if there is an option in the menu to stop this from happening
