FlashFXP to FTP site works at work, not at home

I'm trying to access an FTP site that's running from a company's IIS server. From work I can connect to it. From home when I connect using PASV I get Data Socket Error: Connection timed out and no PASV I get Can't Open Data Connection. My home system is cable, XP thru a Linksys Router. I can connect to a number of other sites from home just fine, both with PASV on and off. Same version of FlashFXP (2.0) at home and work. My office has a firewall as well, which I'm guessing is somehow working a little different than my Linksys... any thoughts on what I'm missing here? Thanks.
