Flashed bios returned to A: prompt, but still flashing 'please wait' ?

I can type at the A: prompt, does that mean that the flash is complete? Or failed? It's been a few minutes. Should I reboot and see if I can enter bios via DEL?
 
Well I rebooted it. I now get an nForce2 splash screen that says hit 'tab' to view the POST or whatever it says.

Still says 1001.G though. Any ideas?
 
go into the BIOS and select Load Defaults.

Then check everything out to make sure the system is functioning correctly.
