Flashback to the good old days

Last night I set up my computer to convert a bunch of videos to an iPhone-friendly format using Videora, then I went to bed.

I wake up this morning to find that there was an error and not even the first video had been converted. All it required was a click on OK to acknowledge the error and it moved on to the next video. 🙁

Reminds me of the "good old days" when the same thing would happen when trying to install certain software on my old MacSE.

Why, oh why, in 2008, does every error still have to bring everything to a screeching halt?

this reminds me when trying to copy 85GB of data to my file serv at night, and it stops on copying the thumbnail file at 2GB in, and sits there and waits for an 'ok' click

freaking hate that
