What browser are you using? Do you have the latest version of flash installed? I believe this is a know issue if you are using the ie 64 bit edition. Give the 32 bit ie a try or switch to Firefox.

Yup, that's correct. There's sometimes problems while playing flash videos with Vista 64-bit. I know 64-bit users have had problems playing Youtube videos also. Try changing to 32-bit with FF as suggested above.

I tried the 32-bit IE. I've tried Firefox 3, Google Chrome, IE 32-bit, and IE 64-bit. None of them work (IE 64-Bit doesn't even have flash).

I don't intend to switch to 32-bit Vista Ultimate.

you might have more than one version of Flash installed. to "Add/Remove Software" and uninstall all Flash ActiveX plugins it shows there. also, you should try the uninstalling tool made by Adobe. it's called "Flash Uninstaller 4.0.0.12". after doing all that, reboot, install Flash again and see what happens. good luck.
