Hi everyone,

I’m having some Flash video problems with an AMD Zacate/E-350 I just built. I’m hoping there is some optimization I’m missing that you can help with.

Here is the setup:

Antec ISK300-65
ASRock E350M1/USB3
4 GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 (running at 1066 for E350)
OCZ Agility 2 40GB SSD
WD Scorpio Black 500GB HD
Hauppauge HVR-2250 TV tuner card
Windows 7 MCE
Sony TV KDS-R50XBR1 (older LCOS SXRD model, but can do 720p and 1080i) running video off HDMI
Wired Ethernet LAN (100Mbps) on a 9.5 Mbps broadband connection.

Problem experienced:

Flash video (Hulu, web streaming): Playback is intermittently choppy. Every once in a while, 720p on Hulu is smooth, but it’s rare. Most times it stutters. Even in standard resolutions, there’s just something not quite right about the playback, like a stutter every once in a while. Also, my Flash video playback has audio sync issues that sometimes get better or worse, but are always there. I have the latest Flash, since I just downloaded it late last week and hardware acceleration is turned on, since it is by default.

Does anyone have any ideas I can try to smooth out Flash? I've not seen anyone experience Flash vid problems at 720p.
