Flash Video Laggy in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox

Does anyone know what I can do to make my videos play smoothly on Internet Explorer? Firefox plays all of these videos perfectly.

I know this isn't limited by the computer, because I've tested it on a Core i7, Core 2 Quad, and a single core Athlon. They all produce nearly identical results.



This is a 1440x1080 HDV video reencoded to flash.

I've tried the three systems that I have access to that have Internet Explorer, and they all work fine with Firefox but in IE it is choppy.

I think there is a frame limiter for Flash in IE that Firefox doesn't have.
