I am just starting w/ flash and I am having a weird problem. When I make a button and put text in it and then add an over keyframe the text converts to bold and changes font. what am I doing wrong?

What are you using to make the Flash? I want to learn Flash, but the last time I looked into the development stuff was like $500...
 
Im using Macromedia Flash MX. They give it to us @ a discount at school. But yeah, normally it is something like $500.
