Flash Player won't stay in the system

I installed the flash player 9 as some websites require it. The installation went fine and was verified by adobe website but after rebooting my laptop, it disappears. I have to reinstall after every rebooting...what's going on here? I just reinstalled vista yesterday, I shouldn't have this problem with a fresh vista. 🙁
