What (big-name) sites (for video, not for games) still require Flash Player?

A friend of mine was at his GF's, and had to install Flash Player to get Twitch.tv working on Firefox in Win7 64-bit on an FM1 APU platform. But I had to swing by with a quad-core APU, the existing dual-core FM1 APU wasn't cutting it for Twitch.

From discussions in my other thread, it appears that Firefox and Flash Player are not using hardware/iGPU offloading for the video decoding, in this scenario.
