Which one would you experts recommend I learn first?? And how would you recommend I go about learning how to do it??
Reason I want to do it is just because when I see cool flash pages and coldfusion pages like rh71 I am awed and wish that was something that I could do.. any advice is welcome... thanks all..

cfm is a scripting language, and flash is... vector animation. i don't think they're that closely related, but maybe i'm wrong.

The only way they're related is that they're both owned by Macromedia. ColdFusion is used to integrate a database into your website or perform operations on user input. Flash is used to create animated (or otherwise artistic) components or entire frontends for your website. The two can be used in conjunction, but they are quite distinct.
