Flash Help - Pasting a screen shot?!?!

When I hit the print screen button on my keyboard to take a screen shot of my desktop and then paste it in Flash 5.0, it comes out all blurry and crappy. Does anyone know how to make it look just like the Windows desktop, nice and clear without the blur?

try importing it into photoshop first, saving it as an image file and then put it in flash. i have no problems doing screenshots, they are very clear no probs.
