Flash Games on PSP? Are there any sites out there?

Wondering if there is any flash game site that enable you to play games on the PSP that do not requrie custom firmware.
 
Running anything homebrew requires custom firmware AFAIK :/

Ya'll may think this is lame. But USA Today's mobile site has games on it that work on the PSP's browser. I can't remember if they're Flash or Javascript though. There's quite a few games on it. It worth at least checking it out.
