flash fixed :) atitool wack?

Ive never flashed my bios or anyone else's can i do it on a memory stick? and how do i make the disk? i googled it a bit and there was alot of ways i just got lost how do you guys do it?

Motherboard -> winflash w/ bios image
Video Card -> Bootable Floppy with nvflash or atiflash along with bios file, flash in dos

i heard winflash is a bad idea. from like alot of people over at sfftech.com

Hmm.. odd... I never had any issues with winflash lol...

MSI Live update also uses winflash too...

I've flashed my mobo BIOS successfully now 5 times (granted this last one was a scare) with WinFlash and it is perfectly fine.

Just MAKE SURE YOUR SYSTEM IS 100% STABLE!!!

That's where Winflash gets dangerous cause if you have an unstable system and get a hard lock or reboot while flashing, your mobo is FUBAR.

My system is 100% stable overclocked, but I ALWAYS load optimized defaults before flashing.

yes, idk i just flashed my bios winflash worked fine.
it was set correctly i rebooted from after winflash it's working now idk if i was oc my video card anyways i was gonna changet he fan setting from there but i dont see it.

what is going on 4pipelines? this is a x800xl has 16pipelines.

All X800 boards support temperature monitoring. On the X800 series the LM63 chip is located here:
