Flash embedding help needed

Here's the website I am working on: http://entrepreneurship.wfu.edu

You can see that the animation at the top is too small. I want it to be similarly sized as the static header graphic on this page on the same site.

My embed code is below, what am I doing wrong? Also, here is a link to the .swf file, so you can see that it is plenty big enough.

Do you have the FLA that created the SWF?

From glancing at the SWF in flash player it appears that the SWF movie includes a lot of whitespace above and below the visible part, so when you scale it down to 150 high those pixels include:

--blank--

graphic

--more blank--
-----------------movie bottom

Not the 150-pixel-high graphic that you were expecting.

yeah Dave is right. the .swf file simply has a lot of white space that is causing you problems. you need to redo it.
