Flash Drive Not Working

My Flashdrive shows up in My Computer, when I click on it it says "Please Insert a disk into drive G"

How can I fix this? i've been using it for a few weeks and theres been no problems. There isnt switch on there like my last one so it couldnt be turned the wrong direction because there is nothing to "turn".. any help apprecaited, thanks

Do you have to mess with me? I mean all I was asking was for a little help, not to be made fun of.

1. What's DIAF? If it's irrellevant I dont want to know.
2. I tried over 3 USB ports.
3. I tried more than 1 computer (Both with XP Professional).

As I said before the computer(s) read the Flash Drive perfectly fine until today. There is no visable damage on the flash drive, and I have taken good care of it. I dont know what else could be the problem
