I have an internal flash card reader a USB READER|ENLIGHT 6IN1 USB2.RTL
Used to work, now it doesn't
How do I begin to diagnose the problem?
I am guessing it is the unrecognized device under my USB controllers.
 
I am guessing that you are finding this unrecognized device in the device manager? And that it's showing a conflict. ( ! in yellow)

Try Re-installing the drivers that came with the card? If you don't have them anymore, might want to try the net. You should be able to find it somewhere.
