Flash BIOS with USB .... possible??

I have an ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX mobo coming tomorrow (along with the rest of my new gaming rig parts ... WOOT!)

I have a floppy drive, but I'd rather not take it out of my current machine and install it in the new rig JUST to flash the BIOS if I don't have to.

Can I set the new mobo to boot to a USB and flash the BIOS from my pen drive?
